Challenges to Overcome
FC Nantes chose to migrate from the Vision solution to Inside Reporting to optimize its initial investment and enhance the functionality of its dashboards. Inside Reporting ensures continuity of service while reducing the time needed to create dashboards, thereby expanding its scope of application within the organization. Inside adapts to each department in the company: whether as a tool for financial or commercial reporting, a storage base, or for standardizing accounting budgets, for example.

Today, Inside meets the reporting needs of every department within the Nantes football club. The migration to Inside allowed the Nantes sports club to continue working with a single integrator across the entire platform (creating a dedicated ERP from different vendor solutions). Internal migration conditions were favorable, and Mercuria took into account the club's specific needs (DNCG, VAT prorations).

Challenges to Overcome
Groupe City One has been working closely with Inforsud for nearly 15 years to manage and maintain their Sage FRP 1000 accounting software. Initially, City One was looking for a reporting tool that could integrate seamlessly with its accounting software. Additionally, the chosen solution needed to be user-friendly and capable of generating reporting tables quickly, performing accounting data extractions, and simplifying data analysis.

Furthermore, City One required a tool that would standardize data across all the group’s agencies. Lastly, the company sought a modern software capable of automatically updating tracking tables from Sage FRP 1000 to consolidate data from different databases. Inside Reporting is compatible with Sage software and operates within the Excel® environment. “This aspect was a decisive factor,” says Frédéric Bouquet, Accounting Director of Groupe City One.

The Inside Reporting solution connects directly to Sage FRP 1000. Simple and efficient, this solution enabled City One employees to quickly become independent in producing their reports. Both the creation and analysis of tables are much faster, going from two days to just a few minutes. The installation of Inside has even made it possible to develop new analyses, such as monitoring outstanding client payments with schedules, and has also strengthened control over invoicing and intra-group transactions.

Challenges to Overcome

The objectives of the Inside project were multiple. “We had 150 users on Vision, but it had become obsolete some time ago,” explains Céline Pailliès, Group Accounting Project Manager. “We needed to consider migrating to a new solution with similar functionality to the existing tool, but also capable of securing the completion of the 2017 tax result and giving us real-time reporting access based on Qualiac data.”

"Infineo has been our integrator since 2007," adds Flore Gradit, Backoffice IT Project Manager. "The teams have maintained Vision for us since the beginning of our collaboration. By offering us their own Inside reporting solution, we knew we were dealing with a provider who already understood the context of our entity."

Keolis provided Infineo with a detailed list of requirements and expectations. “We needed to transition to a highly efficient tool. We wanted smooth connectivity with Inside Reporting and to avoid any issues with data processing speed,” explains Céline Pailliès. Additionally, there was a need to facilitate reporting distribution and integration with the Office suite, as well as storing data on external databases with options for retrieval.

In June 2017, the teams met to finalize the framework, and development took place from July to October. Users were then quickly trained. “The implementation of Inside was managed by a professional and responsive team,” concludes Céline Pailliès.

Using Inside at Keolis
“When Inside was implemented, existing tables were able to be updated. We also created customized dashboards. Users then access their reports in a shared directory accessible via the application portal and through their individual Windows sessions. Reports can also be sent and viewed by employees who don’t have Inside installed on their workstations.
