The objectives of the Inside project were multiple. “We had 150 users on Vision, but it had become obsolete some time ago,” explains Céline Pailliès, Group Accounting Project Manager. “We needed to consider migrating to a new solution with similar functionality to the existing tool, but also capable of securing the completion of the 2017 tax result and giving us real-time reporting access based on Qualiac data.”

By offering us their own Inside reporting solution, we knew we were dealing with a provider who already understood the context of our entity."
Keolis provided Infineo with a detailed list of requirements and expectations. “We needed to transition to a highly efficient tool. We wanted smooth connectivity with Inside Reporting and to avoid any issues with data processing speed,” explains Céline Pailliès. Additionally, there was a need to facilitate reporting distribution and integration with the Office suite, as well as storing data on external databases with options for retrieval.
In June 2017, the teams met to finalize the framework, and development took place from July to October. Users were then quickly trained. “The implementation of Inside was managed by a professional and responsive team,” concludes Céline Pailliès.

Users then access their reports in a shared directory accessible via the application portal and through their individual Windows sessions.
